I has been Renting more power than normal to get to higher leagues fishing for packs, here the best rewards, some data and stats.

Since packs are a rewards for the daily Quests I have been renting more power than usual, I normal just rent up to gold III just 100000 collection Power, I felt like here is the higher DEC benefits for renting if you have only one account, this required just 30000 more CP than silver I, you don't need super strong cards for this level and give you 6 rewards chests, but now I renting between gold I(8 daily chests) 200000 CP or Diamond III(10 daily chests) 250000 CP most of the days looking for packs.

As you know as higher is your league higher will be the chance of getting packs starting on silver, bronze don't get packs

Silver III - 0.25% / 2 Daily Chests/ 15000 CP
Silver II - 0.50% / 3 Daily Chests/ 30000 CP
Silver I - 0.75% / 4 Daily Chests/ 70000 CP
Gold III - 1% / 6 Daily Chests/ 100000 CP
Gold II - 1.25% / 7 Daily Chests/150000 CP
Gold I - 1.50%/ 8 Daily Chests/ 200000 CP
Diamond III - 1.75%/ 10 Daily Chests/ 250000 CP

So far I have get a total of 4 packs, I have not earning as much DEC as before but the packs cover it, also I have get several epics and 2 legendary cards since the packs rewards was announced, well I also got lots of potions small DEC amounts plenty of normal communs.

Here some of my best rewards, have in mind that I also have got lot of very bad ones in case you want to star renting higher as well, remember that you will also have to rent stronger and expensive level up cards to fight in higher ranges and beware of the last days of the season specially the last one that prices can go more x 10 times.
