Hello friends of the Black and White community, I hope you are having a good Sunday. Personally, I have been dealing with some personal problems lately. Sometimes I get hit by horrible depressive slumps where I don't even feel like eating. However, I always put all my effort into publishing something for those of you who follow me and enjoy my work.

These are very difficult days, and I barely have the energy to write, so I won't expand too much. I just want to advise everyone not to neglect your mental health. I neglected mine for a couple of weeks after losing my medication, and everything has been very tough. I'll leave it here because I'm not focused enough to write something positive today; I hope my photos can speak for me. Positive vibes to everyone!

Hola amigos de la comunidad en Blanco y Negro, espero que estén teniendo un buen domingo. Por mi parte, he estado con algunos problemas personales; a veces me vienen unos bajones de depresión horribles en los que no tengo ganas ni de comer. Pero igual, siempre pongo todo de mi empeño para poder publicar algo para ustedes, los que me siguen y les gusta mi trabajo.

Son días muy difíciles en los que no tengo ni energía para escribir, así que no voy a explayarme mucho. Solo quiero aconsejarles que no descuiden su salud mental. Yo la descuidé por un par de semanas porque perdí mi medicina, y todo ha sido muy difícil. Los dejo porque no estoy muy enfocado en poder redactar algo positivo hoy; espero que mis fotos hablen por mí. ¡Vibras positivas para todos!
