Big week, finished the 30kg roaster ducting to outside last weekend, gas engineer installed the gas supply Monday and Tuesday - and we got to fire up the roaster and heat it up to 200 degees no problems. Wednesday a Skype call with the Toper factory in Turkey so we could check the rotation of every motor on the roaster and re-wire the phases in the fuse box if they were going the wrong way round. 4 out of six needed changing - but simple to re-wire when you have an Electrician on Skype telling you which wires to switch. All ready now for the first big roast next week!
