Day 2119 | Full Recovery!


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

As quickly as the sckness came on Friday where all I could do really was laying in my bed, it also fully dissapeared as after ne good night sleep I felt fully the old again on Saturday. Aside from this is was a pretty regular Saturday with most focus on the 3 Football matches.


Today Goals: I will make it into a normal Sunday and most likely watch half of the superbowl before going to bed.
