Day 2065 | Monday Yoga & Bookkeeping
It was a pretty regular monday staying in bed too long followed by my regular bookkeeping during the day and an early evening 90-Minute Hot Yoga Class. I did compile a christmas cd for my youngest niece after that which she will love and that was pretty much my monday.

Work Outs
The yoga studio will be closed during part of the holydays so no class on Saturday and Sunday. I aim to continue taking supplmenets which should be eay to do, drink enough water and aim to fix my sleeping pattern. Aside from that I will mostly focus on productivity this week as I aim to get a bit more done. Aside from this, I want to ge my weight back down below 70kg going into the nex year.
