I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

At this point, I'm counting down the days until this recent heat wave is over along with the US Open even though I have highly enjoyed watching it. My day and night cycle is just completely screwed up and it's just too hot to get some decent sleep in.

Today Goals: It's the womens tennis final today on which I will be siding with Sabalenka. It is played a bit earliers so I will try to go to bed in time and make the sleeping hours more normal again. I also plan to clean my appartment
