Day 1861 | Football & Eating


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Sunday was a good day with 2 very exciting football matches which I very much enjoyed following. I also started off with another monring walk which have turned into somewhat of a habit now and I aim to keep them going each day when the weather allows it. The main downside of the day was that I didn't manage to keep my eating under control starting with some bread also making Spaghetti in the afternoon and taking a walk late in the evening to get a mcflurry in the mcdonalds.

Today GoalsThe goal today will be to do a morning walk, 3x100 Reps, evening yoga while keeping my eating to a minimum, have some productivity and tidy up my appartment.

Thanks, if anything so far it keeps me from drifting away and at times it gets me to be really disciplined for a month or so which always turns out to be hard to keep up.
