Day 1801 | High Productivity, Bad Eating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

My Boiler ws being replaced on Wednesday so I had somewhat of an annoying day with 2 men working in my appartmen while I was locked up in my room. The good thing is that this helped me pick up my productivity a lot but I also lacked health eating discipline allowing myself 1 off day. I also skipped on an evening hot yoga class but did go on an afternoon 1 hour walk passing by the supermarket. Overall it wasn't my best day but I still had plenty of fun behind my pc.

I did eat bread, some fish oven dish from Iglo and a pack of cookies.

Today GoalsI aim to start doing 3x100 reps again from today on, go on a walk as here will be no tennis and join an evening hot yoga class while keeping my eating at a minimum.
