Day 1788 | Morning Walk, Tennis, & Eating


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Despite starting the day strong with a morning walk, a healthy Smoothie and an hour of tennis, I didn't manage to keep it going and went out to get bread in the afternoon also skipping on my hot yoga class in the evening. I also ate some vegan ice cream in the evening but at the same time managed to keep myself from getting some chips late at night.

The goal right now is not to let this little slump continue and gt back on track. I actually didn't gain any weight and still am at 71.5kg this morning so all is still within range there.

Daily Food Journal
I ate a smoothie, bread and vegan ice cream.

Today GoalsThe goal will be to join a lunchbreak hot yoga session and maybe also still do a morning walk. All while keeping my eating at least cleaner compared to yesterday.
