Day 1784 | 40+ Hour Water Fasting Done


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I succesfully did what will be a 40-Hour+ Water fast for the first time in a while (once it's around 11:00 today) and I plan to do this weekly each Sunday at least until I reach a certain weight well below 68kg. I do plan to go on an extended morning walk now of at least 2 hours and possibly 3 to hopefully burn the maximum amount of fat before eating something and I also will be joining another hot yoga session tonight.

Things are overall going quite well and I manage to keep a nice discipline which got me from 74 kg to below 71 kg now in about 2 weeks and I aim continue at this pace at least until the end of the month.
