Day 1733 | Night Out

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Friday was a pretty ok day as I first went to make an appointment to get a haircut which I could have right away and in the evening I had a night out with 7 friends grabbing something to eat. I did eat way too much but the food was ok and it was an enjoyable evening.


Daily Food Journal
I ate an omelat in the monring, some cookies and in the evening a vegan burger with fries and Ice cream as a desert.

Today GoalsMost of my weekend will once again center around the football matches doing what I can to make some profit with betting. I will try to keep my eating as clean as possible and aim to do a hot yoga month againt starting Monday or wednesday.
