Day 1488 | Yoga & Playing Slay The Spire


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Another day and another hot yoga session in the books this time a 60 minute Lunchbreak class which tends to be harder than the 90 Minute. I didn't do all that much else on Friday aside from playing more Slay The Spire which I highly enjoy. I only want to complete the game now with the last character to test out the daily challenge and be done with it after easily playing in total for over 20+ hours.

Weight loss isn't going to plan right now as I have been slacking on my eating also yesterday getting a small pizza. The next 2 days I will put focus on it keeping my eating clean and maybe also go for a walk on Saturday aside from the yoga session. On Sunday I plan to do a water fasting day. This combined should get me below 68kg again to move forward down in weight.
