Day 1309 | Reaching Max Weight
I pretty much reached the max weight I allow myself to get to being in somwhat of a jojo effect of dropping some to gain back more afterward when I'm unable to keep up the momentum is so much of my mental space right now is in crypto which isn't healthy. I watched a video this morning which I was able to relate to in one way about how especially men are one dimensional going all out on 1 thing which comes at the cost of other things.
While I believe I see a lot of flaws in many of the reasonings in that video, there certainly is a lot that I can learn from it. The idea of going for 1 thing where I'm at 150% instead of going for 5 things doing them at 80% certainly has a lot of truth to it. I should be in a position where I'm free (If I'm not already there soon) and I'm anticipating that to make a major shift toward a much more balanced life.
I didn't have that good of a day on Saturday mostly eating things I shouldn't be eating which got me at 72kg again (still 10+ kg below which used to be my maximum weight ever). I did take the time to clean in the evening putting everythng ready to have a healthy streak again.
