Monomad : Women Installers

Hey guys,
#monomad today features women in the technology industry particularly women who can install solar panels and collectors.

Recently, I have been creating some engaging content with the women group in the company.

These photos were created to inspire other ladies out there voicing to them that they could do jobs like this.

This shoot was quite the fun and exercising because some were taken on the roof during installation from these ladies who have learnt.

I took these shots with my Canon EOS5D Mark II with a 1.8 lens. I did some serious processing on Lightroom because taking a softbox up the roof would have been very challenging.
