Monomad : Gelled Up Beauty

#monomad today features portrait shots of radiant Tonia with her gelled up hair smiling all through the session.

It was joy on both sides as the ambient light was an a perfect exposure for me and my single light setup. It was the smile for me,and the bokeh from the F1.8mm.

I didn't expect much though,but with this, I think all the elements of a good photograph where featured in this outdoor shoot.

The lighting helps make photographs very bright and sharp, it was quite easy to get my focus points of her, also lens matter too, your F-stops that is to say aperture size matters knowing when it should be increased.

lower apertures works for single subjects like it did in this photographs.
Post processing was done in Photoshop and Camera raw filter, this time I played with the curves to create this preset
