A world without rules has no crime
Hello hiveans....
The hive learners community came up with another interesting challenge that awakens the mind! what do you think will happen if there was no rules in the world for 24 hours! Hmm i know many people will think of the advantages of having their freedom to do anything without getting persecuted, some will want to enter a bank and take money[ no longer steal since no rules and when there is no law there is no crime] and many more that favours them...
but that is not what i see and never what i imagine would happen
The first thing that comes to my mind is chaos!!, the thirst for each others blood, it would be disastrous, the devil within humans will triumph, the aggrevated ones will become violent and the weak ones will suffer, there is crime in the world already but due to the law and punishment being melted out, most don't do it openly but imagine a world without rules...
People would want to take revenge on those who hurt them, evil ones will act against those they envy, so my first instinct is to survive and i can't do this alone, i need my family and loved ones! We need to protect one another, have each other's back in that horrible 24 hours!
This is when all the cannibals will come out, i know some people don't believe cannibals exist but they actually do and they are even many, now people would be able to kill one another and even eat them openly since there is no rule!, The thugs can easily lay hands on any girl they desire and force their way into her, since there is no rule! the evil in every mankind will be unleashed, it will be horrible!
Money won't matter anymore, the innocent and righteous ones would fight for their survival, and this just remind of what will happen after rapture, when your money and your asset won't be able to save you anymore, there will be so much cruelty going on in the world, the street will be flooded with blood ...
What would the world look like after the 24 hours is over? ofcourse many lives would be lost and the world would be in ruins, brothers will lose their sisters, and sisters will shed tears for their brothers, parent will mourn their children, the only solution is if the righteous one join hands together and camp themselves in a city! and never let the the evil ones have access to them....
I don't want to imagine this anymore, it won't happen, it must not happen, there must be rules, there must be law so we can live peacefully!

All these are likely to happen in a world without rules, some hiding because of certain rules and regulations now can openly do whatever they like and get away with it.
exactly, so it is actually those rules that makes the world safe to live in

Sometimes freedom requires payback in the form of money or bloodshed. When one wouldn't be caught for the evil actions outcomes would be wrong. I guess there are only rules which can righteously operate the society if one follows them. We are having the similarity in thoughts that no rules will result in chaos.

Exactly. And that's what we're doing now; restraining the forces of evil through our prayers until the right time.
By right time, I mean that such a day will come when the world will be in such chaos. The destruction and wickedness that'll be unleashed will be one that has never been since the foundation of the world and never will be. This will happen after the Rapture of the Church when the Antichrist wil reign for a 7 year period.
That's why we have to keep it from ever happening while we are still here.
There sure must be rules!

Well, things is, it will. We can see the signs already. And happy we are to be the generation to witness the glory of the Rapture. We are the terminal generation.

It must not happen and I don´t pray it happens because lives would be lost and things wouldn´t be in good shape anymore. Let´s just continue living with rules.

It starts at childhood - some order is needed as chaos will reign. Rules are needed for civility but it should not be at the cost of freedom.

That's an interesting thought experiment.
Under Common Law (which is what the US and UK are ruled under), most "Rules" require the consent of the governed. This doesn't mean a majority of the governed but of each person. Therefore everybody can in these countries at least decide if they want to follow rules.
Most people follow them because it creates a more harmonious society.
Here is the former UK prime minister confirming what I said:

under common law, you can't be punished for breaking "rules".
rules ≠ laws
It was even ruled in a court of law, that the UK government acted "unlawfully" when they made some corona "rules".

You are right after twenty four hours many lives would be lost and the world would indeed be in great ruin. Some people are just waiting for opportunities to cause trouble. I can't imagine what they would do if they mistakenly get 24 hours

This is too horrible to even think about since even with rules and laws some people act with impunity. I don't even want to imagine what would happen to someone like my Dad who is elderly and vulnerable if there are no rules or laws. I don't think this should happen even if it were just for 24 hours.

There was a TV series in the US where one day a year there were no rules (laws). Nothing was illegal. It was called The Purge.
It is only the rule of law, and fear of going to prison that is keeping the world from turning upside down. If not, we would be having an entirely different conversation today.

The more we imagine this the more scary it looks, I don't pray this kind of thing happens...
we live in a world where there's no safety already even with rules now talkless of when there are no rules guiding that will put us to caution...
It's gonna be survival of the fittest. And even the fittest might not survive maybe everyone will just die at the end of the day.
