My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2021

Learning for exams can be really exhausting and after a while it gets really boring and sometimes even frustrating. So the best way to stay motivated and make the whole experience more fun is to learn while walking or playing soccer in the garden. So you can repeat stuff you learned by explaining it to others (or yourself 😂) and do sports at the same time.

And that is exactly what I did today. The result is quite positive: Over 20,000 steps and I have made some decent learning progress. So all in all it was a good day 😎
