Aircond: can get cold enough
Shower 🚿 heater: unstable, becomes less hot on-and-off
Drinking Water dispenser: hot water boiling hot, but no cold water
Water pressure: a bit low on Level 2
TV 📺: Working but only 1 channel
Overall: Decent enough for those just looking for a stay overnight
