Enrique was a boy who was in the difficult age, from teenager to adult, he would be about 17 years old, he was in his moment of rebellion, where the advice and good intentions for him did not count, if they went against what he had in mind to do, because like any boy at that age, he thought he had everything solved, therefore he came and went as he pleased without caring about the concern of his poor mother.

This was an extremely hardworking lady dedicated to her home, with a very macho husband who did not let her or her children live, maybe that's why Enrique's rebelliousness, always what was forbidden was the most attractive, tired of so many no's from his father, he managed to do whatever he wanted and even beyond what was allowed.

His mother observed these attitudes with great concern, not knowing what to do to bring Enrique into the fold, as it were and without much help from his father, it was a marathon task, it was always a fight, a call for attention in his high school or anything else, a runaway from home in the middle of the night, without giving explanations, it was always something.

Until one Holy Week or Major, Enrique without fear of anything, much less respect for the holy days, wanted as always to get his way and retire with his friends to a few days at the beach, but he did not have the money and knew that the only one who could give it to him was his mother, because his father did not even think of asking for it, since he knew the answer, which was a resounding no. His mother did not want him to go out with his friends and go to the beach.

His mother did not want him to leave the house for those days, especially not to the sea, she preferred him to stay quiet for those days, so she told him that she was not going to give him the money he was longing for. Enrique, got angry and they had a terrible argument, that Good Friday, to finish off the bad moment, Enrique shouted to his mother, "I wish you would die " and went to the street without the money in his pockets.

His mother was left crying, for the terrible words that her beloved son had thrown in her face, that Good Friday, she could not help but feel afraid for her unruly son, but at the same time she felt so hurt, so much that she had put up with for her children and especially for him, for him to pay her back with that contempt for her, she fell asleep crying.

That early morning Enrique, came home as if nothing, thinking to get to sleep and that's it. His house was large with several rooms for him and his siblings, it was spacious and with several corridors that led to the different rooms of the house. His room was located at the end of one of these corridors, it was the most isolated of the house, he preferred it that way.

When he arrived, he went through the kitchen, took a glass of water, crossed the living room and headed down the hallway that led to his room that was at the end, when he arrived inside his room, there was a woman with long black hair, with her back turned, looking out the only window of his room, he thought it would be his mother or one of his sisters waiting for him, but suddenly he realized, but in the dark, why didn't she turn on the light if it was one of them?

He stopped in his tracks, once he reasoned this out and stood in the doorway of the room, looking at the strange woman. Suddenly this woman began to cry very quietly, but then the tone of the crying increased, until it was only deafening screams. Enrique, totally terrified, could not find what to do, then, out of fear, he ran down the long corridor.

Everyone was asleep, but no one seemed to hear those dreadful screams, only him. He looked for a place to hide and saw his mother's old sewing machine, which had a large lining that covered it all, and he managed to hide underneath it all. Meanwhile that horrible woman just screamed and screamed at him. Enrique only placed himself in a fetal position, covering his ears and crying bitterly, super scared.

In those moments, he remembered the ugly argument he had with his mother and the horrible words she said to him, in silence, he asked for forgiveness to the Lord of the heavens and of all times, God, he promised himself that as soon as dawn broke he would ask his mother for forgiveness. At that moment, in the yard of the house, the rooster crowed and the screams of that specter were no longer heard.

Enrique had not noticed it very well, until he heard his mother as usual, preparing his coffee in the morning, he breathed a sigh of relief and carefully came out of his hiding place, he ran to his mother and hugged her asking her forgiveness for his ugly behavior, his mother only hugged him back and said: "Son, happy Saturday of Glory" and at that moment Enrique understood many things.

There are things that even if you do not understand or do not participate, or do not like them, you must respect them and not look for other events to teach them to you by force. Enrique has understood this to date, today he is a mature man and still remembers that Good Friday and that diabolical being, who reminded him to respect what is sacred, God, his mother and the Holy Days.
