Cycling to 1000 years Tree in Son Tra Peninsula, Da Nang City

Good morning, my sweet friends!
It is Monday and I had a trip which I would never forget.
We went to 1000 years tree in Son Tra, Da Nang by bicycle as always but this time, I almost cycled lonely. It had its own reasons and I will tell you later.

1.First cycling alone
I planned with my friend to meet up at 8 am but I needed to buy some fruit so my friend left me and cycled first. I almost cycled alone from my home to Intercontinental Resort and meet my friend there. I like to be alone to have time thinking and it was nice roads up and down, which is the ideal road for cyclists like me.

2.Get lost
I just focused on the road in front of me and didn't pay attention to the sign so I just rode up and wondered why it was not like the time I went before. It was so rough and I nearly had to walk up and rest every 5 minutes. I felt so lonely and exhausted. After 30 minutes, I knew I went to wrong way and had to turn back. I just wish I could meet my friend there.

I was so lucky to see the special animal of Da Nang "Vooc".

3.Happy to meet my friend and Enjoy 1000 years tree
Finally, I felt relieved when I met my friend again and we were so hungry. This time, we really unprepared for the food and water so we didn't have enough food for 2 people. We got to learn from this time. At the same time, we were happy as well because we did it. For me, I learned how to look at the sign every turn not to get lost. The tree is so big and its root covers all the place around.

4.Exploring Mui Nghe
This place in the summer will be so beautiful with blue water but this time has lots of rain and storm so it changes color and looks very extreme. The way to go there was very easy and cool because people went here before tied the red ribbon along the way so we just need to follow it.

The wildflowers are very unique

On the way back, my friend left me again and I had to find the way out by myself. I was so afraid and scared but I knew that everything will be okay so I was calm and followed the red ribbon and durable surfaces. And I got it safely.

5.The sunny way back city
I was so excited to pick some wildflowers along the way with music. Though it was lonely cycling and I just wished someone would drive me home, I still found out my own happiness and I knew this made me stronger. In the end, we also had the late afternoon meal together at Bodhicitta vegan restaurant. I felt I can do anything after this trip. No scary. Just do it.

That is my little trip and I build my strength step by step.
