Spring has sprung and fishean are everywhere on the South Platte River. This area is know for great trout fishing. A gold medal water ecosystem in Colorado is hard to beat anywhere in the world.

Dude, those rainbows can't resist corn. And if you already knew that, that's okay, because I can't resist telling people.

Couple kernels of corn from the cob, or even a can. Simple hook. Bobber. Throw it out there, you got a fish on. Throwing them back isn't recommended though when using corn. I think it plugs up their digestive system and they'd probably die later. Good for catching food and that's it.

A couple of days ago, i went to my in law house and my wife catches lots of fish with the fishing rod and tickle.

So strange as I did a technical post on Carp fishing yesterday. I hardly ever do fishing posts, but I met a guy there at a dam with a radio controlled bait boat.
That is a nice trout in your post.
