That's something like a ceremony on the street, lot's of people's are walking both way and that walking ostrich seems to ne get more attention from people's.

it's really funny to see people doing that, going out with an ostrich is really funny, in Africa you can't even leave your house with that, has the ostrich become a dog or what? it really funny this video makes my day.
