Bacon and Onions
Hi Friends,
My wife and kids were busy with obligations tonight so I had to scrounge around the kitchen for dinner. Nothing sounded too good, so I went with a unique dinner instead - bacon and onions!
The only thing that would have made the dinner better would have been a mug of beer, but I had a meeting in the evening.
The two were surprisingly good together on their own :)
Good thing I don’t have to scrounge too often - probably not healthy to eat 12 pieces of bacon and an onion for dinner!

If you would’ve caramelized the onions I’d be in, but the bacon looks good.
12 pieces of bacon + onion would be a heavy dinner :)
