Why

I been wondering why. Why people are hard to get onto, onboard to Hive.

No I am not talking about the learning curve, the keys, the technical stuff, as we all know this can be a barrier.

I am talking about, for the lack of a better word, laziness.

Laziness

People are fucking lazy. Myself included. That is one problem. Just an example. People just want to sit in their chair and watch tictoc videos foe hours. Mindless. Entertainment? It is like a drug.

Just a note I don't watch tictoc and I don't have an account and I think I spelt it wrong. Lol

But why are we lazy?

We are trained.

We have been trained from the time we are born to be this way. I parents teach us, their parents taught them and so forth.

Someone(s) convinced the majority of humans to be this way. Some call them the one percent. And a lot of people got a lot of hate for them.

I can tell you one thing about them, they are not lazy. They are damn smart. They convinced and continue to convince the other 99 percent of us to be lazy.

What do I mean by lazy

I will give an example from Newfoundland history. But let me first say some of the hardest working people can still be lazy.

Back when Newfoundland was first settled by fishermen they worked their asses off. To look after their families. To scrap a living from the sea. But what they called the Merchants, what we can call the one percent today. They new how to take advantage. They did not pay money for fish. They bartered. They gave the fisherman supplies. Supplies to fish more, and enough supplies and food to get families through winter. Till fishing could start again in the spring. And repeat year after year.

In the mean time the Merchants made their fortunes.

People where to lazy to understand they were being taken advantage of.

This continued

As humanity progressed, the middle class was born and the 99 percent was to lazy to understand that is what the 1 percent wanted.

How many times have you been told , get a good job, work hard, you will have a good life.

Being middle class means being just over broke, living pay check to paycheck and being in debt your while life.

And we are taught, convinced, that we should be thankful for that lifestyle.

I have to disagree. We have to break the mold. We have to get out of the 99 and 1 percent that has been around since, well, forever.

Hive fixes this

Hive can and will fix this. Hive is going to be the equalizer for people. It is going to be a new world. It is not going to happen over night. People have to wake up. It could take a generation or two but I am convinced that it will happen.

Once the average, middle class, start seeing people doing better, getting out of the man's thumb because of Hive they will come. It will be a trickle at first but the flood gates will open.

I am so fracking excited to be on Hive. To know that it has, it is, and will continue to change lives. Mine included .

What can we do?

Lead by example. Instead of telling people show people what Hive can do, what is doing in the world. It is absolutely amazing what a small blockchain that is still flying under the radar is doing.

Get out there, tell people, don't give up. Let us help each other .

Hive is the equalizer that the world needs.
