Is it only rebellion cards you can stake to the wagons or all cards? I have a mess of vouchers I have been sitting on. Better get them moved over to HE now.

It's just Rebellion, I didn't go overboard this time. Some of the cards are decent, I have been buying odds here and there.
Oh crap, so I can't even stake other cards to my wagon? That's lame.
