I spent Saturday morning working in the garden and just as I was finishing up I proceeded to hurt my back pretty severely. It was not much fun! At least I got the work done first I guess!

Eep... that isn't any good! I have started to set an alarm for about one hour... and then I give it up for the day. I can't really afford to injure myself... precious princess musicians!!!
