Can you please tell me the app you're using to track your actifit. Are you using a mobile phone or wrist watch.
If it's a wrist watch. Can you tell me the exact type. Maybe I can get it from here.

Hey, I'm sorry I meant to respond sooner, but then completely forgot. I simply use my mobile phone (old Samsung Galaxy S8) for Actifit tracking. If Actifit ever supports Samsung Health (I wear one of Samsung smartwatches), I will definitely give it a try, but for now, mobile tracking is the only way for me.
