RE: Architecture and Urbanism: Is architecture owned by everyone or by whoever designs it?

Our profession has the particularity of being, in short, a habitable art, a utilitarian art, and this duality brings us both benefits and difficulties, and this is one of them. Undoubtedly a complex and controversial issue in which there is still much to do, both legally and in the recognition, and responsibility, of the contribution of architects to the quality of life of people and societies.
