Day 1473: 5 Minute Freewrite: Tuesday - Prompt: late breakfast
Sundays are the universal lazy day.
It's really true.
Or well you can say it's my notion that Sunday is the Universal Lazy Day.
Anyway today is Sunday and living up to its name, the day is filled with a lot of sun. Just yesterday it was pouring cows and horses.
Well ... Yes, the normal phrase is poring like cats and dogs, but today is a Sunday so its ok to say cows and horses.
Anyway where was I ??? Hmmmm ... Oh Yes ... So today is filled with a lot of Sun.
There was something after that but I do not remember anymore ...
I scurry around to look at the time, while trying to balance the delicious cheese grill sandwich.
It's still 11:30 AM ... Hmmm ... maybe I could have slept more... but then I wouldn't get to eat this wonderful golden goodness of a sandwich.
I say out loud
"For you my Cheesy Love, I am ready to sacrifice another few hours of Sleep... Cheese is Life!!! But this Cheese might just be the death of me!!!"
That's when she walks in.
"What are you doing? It's almost Noon? Why are you still here???", yelled my elder sister, with a shocked expression painted on her face.
"I am savoring my late breakfast on this lovely Sunday ... Well was savoring and then you came along to spoil my act of savoring and also interrupt my inner monologue at that", I replied.
"It's Monday today!!! ", She stated without flinching.
And that's all for today folks ... After this comes a lots of Gore, Verbal Assault of my Memory and Painful endings with a lot of Blues and Greys.
Oh and a Fair Warning before I zoom away ... Always remember to check your calendar and phone before indulging Cheese.
Oh and Wish you a Happy Monday cause mine is just going to be a contrasted and Not-So-Happy Monday.
