I miei passi di ieri 🤔
Confesso che la voglia di allenarmi era pari a 0..
Le domande che mi pongo sono sempre le stesse “chi te lo fa fare?” “Sei pazzo?” Ecc.
Alla fine mi è saltato alla testa l’immenso senso di colpa se non l’avessi fatto ... frutto, a mio parere, di un allenamento mentale costante.. e quindi ho fatto un po’ e un po’ .
Sono andato a correre ma ho limitato i chilometri a poco più di 7 che comunque è un bel giretto...
Certo abituato a cose ben più lunghe ma ogni tanto mettere d’accordo testa e fisico ci sta🤣.
