You are so right, we don't need to put everything out there. Most people now wants to show off on social media...not bad but I feel to much of it is bad. I know of some celebrity who don't share their personal life on social because they understand what privacy entails. Not everyone wants to see you successful...so why should out your whole life out there.
Give people the chance to guess what's happening with you....let them think they know but not know anything. I think that is more interesting, don't you think?

Celebrity life is different but nowadays people do too much which is showoff as you have said even they share their private life too like zero privacy. I feel annoyed sometimes but it's okay, it's their life and as long as I am able to maintain my privacy, everything is fine...
