Very good afternoon or evening to all, in the area where we live there are many cats, and there are a couple of them that are quite affectionate, we have the suspicion that they are not strays, if not that they are abandoned, or they live in some house but they do from time to time some getaway.
The truth is that we have only seen this particular one a couple of times, but he has a very tender look, we saw him from afar and we could only take one photo, since right after he ran out, maybe he was scared, because the other times (although they were few), he stayed next to us, and even let himself be caressed.
What do you guys think? Will it be a stray cat or does it have its own home? Is it normal for a cat without knowing you to let himself be petted?

I personally think that even some stray cats are very friendly and exhibit a somewhat domesticated behaviour to humans they don't previously know, especially when approached with tenderness. Also, this particular cat might have had contact with humans before and might have even been taken care of by some humans, who knows? She looks very sweet indeed!
