Greetings to you all on this beautiful day in the great community, I hope you are all doing great just as I am doing here, it is my pleasure to share with you all today in this community how I made a nose mask to get rid of my catarrh.

This nose mask is made of a double foam or scuba fabric, it convenient to breath in it, I had the fabric a long time ago and after I had cut the pattern I needed, I used a bias tape to pipe the edges round with an elastic band to hang on my ear.

Sometimes ago, I had catarrh with a serious running nose which was difficult for me to breath, I had to visit the pharmacy where I spent almost $1 for medication it took a week before I could recover, just last week, I had same experience but this time I decided to try something different and surprisingly, it worked, I made this nose mask and I was able to breathe very well just two days later the catarrh dried up without taking any medication.

Join me as I take you through the cutting and sewing process

From the pieces of fabric, I placed a pattern I drafted out on it and cut out same shape on fold.

It was taken to my sewing machine and I sew it at the middle, I used a bias tape to pipe the rough edges at the middle to give it a neat finishing.

The up and down were pipe with a bias tape of another color to give it a nice combination of colors.

Finally, I cut out 2 pieces of 7" elastic band and it was sewn on both sides of the nose mask as the handle to be hang on my ears.

I used same color of bias tape to pipe both sides as well and I have this nice nose mask which was used to get rid of my running nose without spending a dime on medication.
