DIY// creative design of a simple keychain made from a piece of fabric for my neighbor.

Hello everyone

Greetings to you all on this beautiful day and I hope you all are doing great, it a beautiful weekend and we are all having great time as most of us are around to rest for the week after a busy week days. Today I will be sharing with you the cutting and sewing process of this simple keychain made from piece of left over fabric for my neighbor.

My craft and creativity has made a lot of people to come around me and it has also introduced me to most people as well just by making items that are useful for them from those pieces of fabric I have after making a sewing project. Today we were all having a great time and one of our neighbors brought out a single key for his entrance gate and I remember when I had one of my keys like that for my door, just few day after, I misplaced it and never found it again, then I suggested that it would be better if he had a keychain to the key, before I knew it, someone said I could equally make it with my creativity since there is barely nothing I couldn't make with fabric, immediately, i thought this was a challenge for me and I admitted it. I stood up after awhile and i went ahead to make this simple and quick keychain for my neighbor. They were all surprised, loved and appreciated the beautiful outcome.

Join me in the cutting and sewing process

I measured and cut out a piece of fabric measuring 2x10"

Both sides were folded to the middle and folded at the middle as well.

It was sewn on both sides on my sewing machine

I collected the key and fix the long piece of fabric in it.

Then it was sewn together at 0.5" on the tip while it was twisted to the other side

It was turned to the right side and I sew on 0.5" at the right side to cover the rough part and to give it a neat finishing

As smple as that, this is the final and beautiful outcome.

This is very simple, easy and useful craft made for neighbor's key, and it was appreciated by everyone who saw it and admire it as well.

Thanks so much for your time, support comment and encouragement. Until my next post, do have a great weekend.
