It's like holding a pencil at an angle: the higher the eraser, the lower the point. Keep more of the head in the water, and more of the body rises toward the surface. If it feels awkward, keep practicing.

I had a rough time doing this when I was still practicing floating in the water. What I did was just relax my whole body like I'm sleeping or something and just kept my head up while the whole lower body was in a state of sleep

@chinito I'm afraid of the water will enter inside my ears. Thanks for the advice next time i will do that when im swimming in a spring 😉😉

it's good if u have somebody who can 'spot' u by hold arms under u as if they will catch u or at least hold gently under your head.
