[ESP-ENG] New Shirt Design of two different fabrics of the same color - In 2 Steps | Nuevo Diseño de Camisa de dos telas distintas de un mismo color - En 2 Pasos
Hello my beautiful hive family today I am happy to share with all of you the pattern of a new shirt with a turtle neck but a little shorter. That shirt I made it with scraps of fabric you can see in the images as there are two different types of fabric but of the same color one fabric has a little wrinkled texture while the other is smooth, but this is the magic of sewing in which we can combine varieties of fabrics. So let's see the step by step.
Paso 1: aquí tenemos las dos telas diferentes procedemos a cortar la parte delantera y la parte trasera de nuestra camisa y el cuello tiene partes muy sencillas ya que la camisa es sin mangas. Procederemos a cocer hombro con hombro y los laterales de la camisa, de esta manera coceremos el ruedo de nuestra camisa.
Step 1: here we have the two different fabrics we proceed to cut the front and the back of our shirt and the collar has very simple parts since the shirt is sleeveless. We will proceed to sew shoulder to shoulder and the sides of the shirt, in this way we will sew the hem of our shirt.
Paso 2: lo siguiente que haremos será cocer el cuello de nuestra camisa para esto vamos a necesitar una tira gruesa que doblaremos a la mitad que irá en la parte de nuestro cuello y la cual sera un poco gruesa para asemejarse al cuello tipo tortuga. Procederemos a cocer primero la tira y luego la tira la coceremos al cuello y de esta manera como lo muestra la imagen terminamos el cuello de nuestra linda camisa.
Step 2: the next thing we will do will be to bake the collar of our shirt for this we will need a thick strip that we will fold in half that will go in the part of our neck and which will be a little thick to resemble the turtle neck. We will proceed to bake first the strip and then we will bake the strip to the collar and in this way as shown in the image we finish the collar of our nice shirt.
