[ESP-ENG] Designing Beautiful Dress for my Daughter | Diseñando Hermoso Vestido a mi Hija
Hello hive friends, it is a pleasure for me to be here with all of you, I want to share a new dress that I made for my daughter, super simple to go out to the square or for a walk or to be at home one afternoon. It is super easy to make, so stick around to see the step by step.
Paso 1: tenemos 80cm de tela, debemos tener una medida que a la persona a la que se le vaya a hacer el vestido le quede súper bien. Vamos a cortar las piezas. La falda, la parte de arriba del vestido y los tirones para las tiras del vestido ya que será sin mangas.
Step 1: we have 80cm of fabric, we must have a measure that the person who is going to make the dress will fit super well. We are going to cut the pieces. The skirt, the top of the dress and the straps for the straps of the dress since it will be sleeveless.
Paso 2: lo que coseremos de primero serán los tirones de nuestro vestido. Luego de hacerlo cosido vamos a voltearlo con un palillo y después vamos a unirlo a la parte de arriba de nuestro vestido, tanto la parte de adelante como la parte de atrás.
Step 2: what we will sew first will be the straps of our dress. After it is sewn we are going to flip it over with a toothpick and then we are going to attach it to the top of our dress, both the front and the back.
Paso 3: luego Procederemos a coser los laterales de la parte de arriba de nuestro vestido, luego de haber terminado por decir la camisa, vamos con la falda de éste vestido, coseremos la falda a la camisa y luego tomaremos el ruedo de la falta para tener un mejor acabado. Recordemos que éste tipo de falda no tiene costura por los lados, sencillamente es corrida por el tipo de corte, y de ésta manera terminamos nuestro vestido.
Step 3: then we will proceed to sew the sides of the top of our dress, after having finished the shirt, we will sew the skirt of this dress, we will sew the skirt to the shirt and then we will take the hem of the skirt to have a better finish. Let's remember that this type of skirt has no seam on the sides, it is simply run by the type of cut, and in this way we finish our dress.
