Young Jackfruit Salad

I thought jackfruit is only good when it is already ripe.But when I tasted the young jackfruit salad with coconut milk, I was overwhelmed how delicious the taste. It was accidentally happened that I went to my sister's home during lunchtime. I arrived while they were still eating lunch and they invited me to sit down and joined their meal. I was surprised about jackfruit being cooked like other vegetables. Thanks God!
