Strawberry Salad

Happy Sunday everyone! It's too hot and we are all craving for something to eat that is so cold. Plan to buy ice cream but I am not in condition to go outside since the climate is too humid. Then I go checking my fridge and there I found apple and strawberries. What next is I cut it and mix with pineapple slice, black berries condensed milk and mayonnaise. Just mixing it together and keep it in the freezer so it will be frozen quickly. I like it when it is so cold. The strawberries are almost rotten. I am grateful that I I check it today before throwing all in the garbage.

After couple of hours, my salad is ready to serve. Since it is just a little amount, we eat it together in one bowl. Next time, I will buy more fruit and make a salad for daily dessert whenever I need it.
That's easy and simple !
