Stewed Pork Liver

The liver is one of the most nutritional foods I knew. It has significant amounts of folate, iron, vitamin B, vitamin A, and copper. We should be eating these sometimes. A single serving of liver can help us meet our daily body needs and all these vitamins and minerals, reduced our risk of nutrient deficiency.

  • I kilo of pork liver
  • bell pepper
  • big onion
  • garlic
  • curry powder
  • sesame oil
  • black pepper
  • hot chilli

Quick move if my sister sauteed the garlic into golden brown to the spoonful of sesame oil. Add the onions then add the pork liver. It is not good to keep it on fire for a long time. The liver became harder. So, 15minutes of cooking is good for the liver. Adding all the spices and the bell pepper for the final touch.
