Sotanghon Soup

My first try is something not perfectly done but not too bad. It turned out not to my desired one. I want it to have a lot of soup to give warmth of my cold feeling inside my tummy. I didn't know how to control the water and the quantity of the the noodles(sotanghon). Sotanghon is different from rice stick or bihon. I knew how much water and stuff I used to cook. But this sotanghon is like water greedy noodle. It dried up quickly. Anyway, I like the outcome. It was not damage and still going perfect in taste. Only the water was not enough to be called as soup that I needed that time

I used garlic, onions, bell pepper, carrots, shrimps, black pepper, tomato, cabbage, lemon juice and sotanghon in making and cooking this recipe. I satisfied with it and thanks God for the blessings!
