Sometimes Happiness Is Spelled As BULALO
Your master chef of the family is too busy cooking for lunch. We are here around, Sunday is a great family day for us, either inside the house or going outside for food tripping.
Today, I woke up early and cook. We agree the lunch at home with my recipe of the day.
Bulalo is a a kind beef soup dish from the Philippines. It is a light colored soup that is made by cooking beef bone until the collagen and fat has melted into the broth. Bulalo is native to the Southern Luzon region of the Philippines, I learned how to cook this from my mother. She had a good version of her own bulalo recipe.
Now we are going to eat what I am cooking today. The bulalo is ready just in time. All the members of the family are just waking up from their peaceful sleep. I am just waiting after their shower and we will have a happy lunchtime.
