Native Chicken Adobo

My aunt visited us yesterday from the province. They were worried about us why we don't visit them .

She gave us native dressed chicken. We cooked it last Sunday and we had lunched together.

I marinated first the chicken with venigar, soy sauce, garlic , onions,black pepper, salt and sugar. Set aside for 2 hours before cooking. When cooking , try to have medium heat to gain the best taste. The lowest heat is the best to cook it slowly.

We had a happy lunch together! Native chicken is the best compare to the chicken in the market.
