Lighter Breakfast

Avoiding heavy meal is my new target this day. No more cheat day. Assuming for a healthy diet, so I tried without rice and see how it works . It consists of two hard boiled eggs, one tomato, one cucumber, and tiny amount of cabbage that is thinly sliced. There is a salted green olive to give taste and no salt at all. I put half of the lemon juice . It looks so perfect and I am just hoping that it will satisfy me until afternoon without craving any foods.

My friend told me that he never get hungry quickly when he eats hard boiled eggs between breakfast and lunchtime or lunchtime and dinner. When it works to me, I will be doing it three times a week.
