Light Healthy Breakfast

When we grow older , we should be careful to all food intakes. Listening news, reading issues about health and foods, most of the people around are being sick and have a lot of unexpected diseases. This is the right time to know what is better and the best for us. Let us go to our doctor for quaterly check up about our blood pressure, blood sugar, heartbeat, cholesterol counts and more. We all die but God gives us brain to think how to love ourselves and stay longer. Staying with our family will make them complete most especially our children. Our children will be happy if they grow with us until they are already stable. So, I am one of those people who are thinking for a longer life span because it is all about how I love them.

Today, when I woke up, I took my shower and cooked. Eating my breakfast with quaker oats. Quaker oats or oatmeal is a good source of fiber, protein and carbohydrate.

Some benefits that help us lower our blood sugar, cholesterol, and it protects against skin irritation, and reduced constipation. When you eat oatmeals, you feel that in a small amount of the food, it filled yourself quickly and not feeling hunger for a whole day. So it will cause to drop your weight also. This is a kind of food full of nutrients and vitamins.

Adding spoonful of milk powder and tiny amount of sugar to have the best taste. This is also a time saver food. It cooks only for 5 to 10 minutes preparation and done eating hot. Drink a lot of water, what a grateful day!
