Lechon Manok/Grilled Chicken

I never thought that my sister surprised me once again. I was busy yesterday and my sister asked me if what I prepared for lunch. She wanted to eat with us. Then, I told her that I was not yet preparing our food and I just drink a cup of coffee.

Suddenly in a little while, she arrived and she brought ready to eat lechon manok. I kept it in the oven and I quickly cooked rice in the rice cooker. Hurray! I was save again from cooking our food. In 30 minutes, we happily ate our lunch together.
