Imported Nuts

My brother sent us many different kind of nuts. He knew that we love it and in the Philippines nuts are expensive and some of them are old stocks. We love nuts every afternoon after our lunch while watching movie marathon.

When I am also in my online games, I feel relax and aggressive playing games while eating nuts. I don't know if it is true that nuts are the foods for our brain. If it is true, I am so lucky that I have a lot of nuts good for 1 year. There is no children who waste it and we are eating this moderately.

How about you? You must have nuts too even the peanuts that we have locally, it has protein to protect us from any food deficiencies.
