Healthy Snacks

Instead of looking for snacks outside, I just open the fridge and lool for some fruits to eat this very hot summer. I can't wait to process these for a fruit cocktail juice. It consume time in the making. I am already hungry but I don't want to eat bread or rice today. I preferably looking for these three fruits, orange, mango and banana.
Plating nicely the fruits, add appetite most especially those who don't like fruit at all. Looking like this on the table will surely invites their eyes and tongue to taste it.
Fruits are necessary to our immune system so let's have them every day!
