Healthy Breakfast

It is so easy to have our healthy foods starting during breakfast. I heard that we must not escape our breakfast. Why? The valid reason is that, our tummy had nothing getting inside while we are sleeping and that was the time that it was grinding inside and distribute the benefits to some parts of our body from what we ate during the day.

So when we woke up in the morning we have to eat healthy foods. Like what's did today, I have a little carbohydrates, bread and fried cubes potatoes. Only a little amount. I piece of fried cube eggplant, tomato, lettuce, yogurt with shredded cucumber and 2 fried scrambled eggs with salt and black pepper. We can cook scramble eggs with a lot of garlic and onions to taste the best. Make a garlic and onion toasted or become golden brown. But I was not making it today. I was already late. I have a tiny amount of grapes to taste sweet in the end. Those stuff made me full and satisfied. It has been how many hours that passed by but I am still not getting any hunger. I will skip my lunch and will eat something before sunset. Then at night I will take my lighter dinner too.

Let us keep on our goals and maintain healthcare and awareness. Any vegetables will do and just eat it with moderation.
