Goat Meat Caldereta

We can cook anything we want according to the meat we like and love to eat. Pork, beef, and chicken are those we almost cook everyday. But goat meat I rarely cook but I love it most, most especially when it is cook as calderita with potato, carrots, pineapple slice, bell pepper, a lot of onions and garlic with ginger. Then you have to add black pepper, tomato paste, acuete to make it orange in color. So yummy! I could imagine how I eat a lot and all the members of the family enjoyed around the table eating silently, not knowing that the caldereta was instantly gone.

Those were the memory I experienced the time I cooked it before and there was no more left behind. Everytime I cook this one, it must have an extra amount so it could not be happening again. Since yesterday I was alone at home, I only cooked enough for me and plan to cook again during weekend.
